Block of 8 1-2-1 sessions: £200
CrossFit Classes
Set of four 1-2-1 session introduction: £99 (only required for new recruits)
Unlimited Attendance: £60 per month
Block of 10 sessions: £50 (two month expiry time)
Current Schedule
CrossFit Group Workouts: 1730 Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday
Personal training: by appointment weekdays and evenings
